The founder is Richard Grasby - based in Hong Kong since 2009.

​

Richard is admitted as a solicitor in England & Wales and the British Virgin Islands (“BVI”). He was also admitted in the Cayman Islands.

Richard has lived and worked in Jersey, the UK, the Cayman Islands and Hong Kong. He is regarded as one of Asia’s pre-eminent practitioners in the offshore private wealth sector.

Richard has worked for some of the leading law firms including Maples, Ogier, SJ Berwin and Charles Russell Speechlys LLP.
